Music Student To Run River Ness 10k To Promote Mental Health

One of our Applied Music students will be running the River Ness 10K on 24th September for Scottish Association for Mental Health.
James Grieve will be running the 10k to raise awareness of mental health in young people and let people know that you should not suffer in silence when it comes to mental health.

Mental Health is an topic that we can all relate to and it would be great if we could see as much support as possible for James' efforts to help make a difference to people suffering with mental health problems.

Please share this post as widely as you can to spread the word!
