How to register for Graduation
We can’t wait to celebrate your success with you! To join us at the Graduation & Awards Ceremony (and the Reception afterwards, if you choose), you’ll need to book your tickets in advance. Here’s everything you need to know.
Step 1: Look out for your invitation email
Everyone who is eligible to graduate will receive an invitation by email. This message is your key to getting started and will include:
- A link to the Eventbrite booking page where you'll reserve your tickets
- Key dates and deadlines that you’ll need to complete your registration on time
Step 2: Book tickets for you and your guests
Using the Eventbrite link in your email invite, you’ll need to book a ticket for yourself, as well as for any guests you’d like to bring along. Please note:
- All tickets must be booked by the graduand (that’s you!)
- Do not forward the booking link to your guests - if they use the link themselves, we won’t know which graduate they belong to. This means their tickets may not be assigned correctly and could become invalid.
- Separate tickets are required for the Ceremony and the Reception.
- You can book Ceremony tickets only if you don't plan to attend to the Reception. However, you cannot book Reception tickets without also attending the Ceremony.
- As well as your own tickets, you can book tickets for up to two guests - for both the Ceremony and Reception. Find further information on bringing guests, here.
- Booking closes on the deadline given in your invitation — after this, we sadly can’t accept late registrations
There’s no charge for tickets, but you must show your Eventbrite ticket (on paper or on your phone) when you arrive at the venue.
How many tickets do I need to book?
Here’s a quick guide to how many tickets you’ll need to book for yourself and your guests:

Extra tickets (if available)
- After the main booking deadline, if there are still spaces available at the Ceremony or Reception, we’ll be in touch by email to let you know. At that stage, you may be able to book up to two extra tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. We will always try our best to accommodate requests, but please note that additional tickets can’t be guaranteed due to venue capacity.
