Pleating and Braiding Short Course: Hair Salon, Orkney College
Orkney College are again offering the opportunity to attend a short course in DIY hairdressing skills.
This year we are running a 2-hour course that will develop your pleating skills. Our course tutor will demonstrate five different pleats from a classic French braid to the more complex Waterfall braid.
You will then be given the opportunity to either try each of these on our own mannequin heads, or if you prefer, take a family member or friend with long hair to create each of the pleats demonstrated.
The fee for this one-week course is £15 and will take place on Friday 8th December from 6-8pm
