Information for Landlords
If you have a spare room or a vacant property, consider renting it out to a student from UHI Orkney!
This is a wonderful opportunity to earn some extra income while also supporting students. We’re here to make the process seamless for you and will list your space on a dedicated platform specifically for students seeking accommodation for study at UHI Orkney.
Typically, students live on the island from August to May, although postgraduate students might seek accommodation during the summer as well. Plus, with UHI Orkney students involved in archaeology digs in the summer, your property could be a source of income all year round!
