• National Qualification in Computing (SCQF Level 5)

• NQ Social Care and Services (SCQF Level 5)

• NC Administration (SCQF Level 5)

• NC in Professional Cookery (SCQF Level 5)
  Explore culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety in a hands-on environment. Equip yourself for a career in hospitality or further professional cookery qualifications.
• NC Art and Design (SCQF Level 5)
  Develop your creativity through practical studio work, exploring drawing, painting, digital design, and visual communication. Ideal for those considering further HN study or a creative career.
• PDA Business and Finance (SCQF Level 7)
  Build key skills in digital marketing, bookkeeping, and financial software to support roles in business, finance, or administration. This part-time course also offers credit towards HNC qualifications and is available online or on campus.
• HNC Professional Cookery (SCQF Level 7)
  Master essential culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards in this hands‑on qualification. Ideal for progressing into supervisory roles within the hospitality sector or advancing to further professional cookery studies.
• HNC Social Services (SCQF Level 7)
