Very informative with good, real world examples through past experiences from our instructor really helped keep me engaged and promoted a lot of good questions which were all answered thoroughly by the instructor. Overall a very high quality delivery. One of the most enjoyable first aid courses I have been a part of over the years.
It was good having someone who was able to provide first hand experiences of real-life scenarios.
Lovely relaxed format, easy to learn.
