This course is aimed at anyone involved in undertaking risk assessments as part of their work activity. This course results in an Orkney College Certificate.
Aim
- By the end of the course, participants will be able to identify the risk assessment requirements detailed in the legislation and will be able to meet these confidently.

Course Content
This is a continuous assessment course. The course will cover the following topics:
- Identification of legal requirements
- Principles of prevention
- Identification of methods to consider risk
- Identification of methods to record risk assessments
